Delivery & Processing Charges
Delivery & Processing Charges include all charges for internet
order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and
handling. Special delivery requests, including future delivery dates
and customized packaging, may include additional charges. Delivery
times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but are
our best approximation and will vary with specific requests, such as
gift box, gift wrap and monogramming. Shipments and deliveries occur
only on weekdays.
Express Delivery
Your order should arrive next business day after shipping if ordered by
3:00 PM (EST). Please note overnight orders placed Friday after 3:00 PM
(EST) or Saturday/Sunday will be processed Monday and should arrive the
next business day after shipping. A signature will be required and
additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for
delivery.

We do not ship to Post Office Boxes (PO BOXES).
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At The Barber’s Daughters we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase.
Online purchases are accepted for credit or exchange within 30 days accompanied by the original sales receipt. Merchandise must be in salable condition to receive credit or exchange privileges.
Gift certificate purchases are entitled to a non refundable merchandise credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or refund custom orders or items that have been personalized.
By mail returns
Please wrap the item(s) in the original packaging or packaging appropriate to ensure there are no damages in the shipping process and enclose the original receipt. Mail to our customer service center at:

If you wish to exchange the item for another, please call us at +1 866.979.3456 to place your new order. You will receive a refund for the returned item as soon as it is processed.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your TBDs order if the status is "in process". If your order status is "shipped" it cannot be canceled. If you cannot find your order status, please call our customer service line at 866.979.3456.
REPAIRS
Repairs are handled individually and will be done at customers expense.
If
shipment arrives broken or in an unacceptable condition, customer will
be required to return item immediately, and will not be charged for the
repair. Please email our customer service department at customerservice@thebarbersdaughters.com or call us to arrange any repairs at 1.866.979.3456.
If customer fails to return the item within 15 business days, penalties will apply.

total dollar amount of your order is allocated at the time your card is
approved, although payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the
order ships. If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your

Product Information
The Barbers Daughters jewelry is manufactured using a process whereby 18k rose gold is
plated over sterling silver. In addition, The Barbers Daughters applies a state of
the art clear, protective electrodeposited coating to the 18k rose
gold. As with most plating. some wearing away of the 18k rose gold
plate may occur over time. The length of time it takes for such wearing
away, if any, to occur, will vary depending on several factors,
including (i) how much contact the piece has with a rubbing surface;
(ii) how often the piece is worn; and (iii) the manner in which the
piece is cared for by the customer, including avoiding contact with or
exposure to certain caustic or abrasive materials, many of which may be
found common consumer products.
The Barbers Daughters warrants to the original consumer purchasing a piece of
The Barbers Daughters jewelry (the “Product”) from an authorized The Barbers Daughters
retailer (a “Retailer”) that the Product will be free of defects in
workmanship and materials for a period of twelve (12) months following
such date of purchase.
THE BARBERS DAUGHGTERS MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. This Limited Warranty does not apply to misuse or abuse of the Product.
To obtain warranty service during the warranty period under this
Limited Warranty, please contact The Barbers Daughters’ Customer Service Department
and request a warranty claim form. The Product, together with the
completed warranty claim form and copy of the original receipt for the
Product, should be sent to The Barbers Daughters at the following address using a
service that provides proof of delivery and insured for the value of
the Product: The Barbers Daughters, Attn: The Barbers Daughters Warranty Service, [Insert Canada Address here]. Following inspection of the
Product and confirmation that the Product qualifies for warranty
service, The Barbers Daughters will repair or replace the Product. If such
inspection reveals that the Product does not qualify for warranty
service, The Barbers Daughters reserves the right to deny warranty coverage and so
notify the customer. Under such circumstances the customer may elect to
request repair of the Product at the customer’s expense.
This is the only warranty or representation that The Barbers Daughters is making
regarding the Product, and the sole basis for liability respecting
quality, performance, defects, repair or replacement of the Product.
