RETURNS and EXCHANGES

At The Barber’s Daughters we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase.

Online purchases are accepted for credit or exchange within 30 days accompanied by the original sales receipt. Merchandise must be in salable condition to receive credit or exchange privileges.

Gift certificate purchases are entitled to a non refundable merchandise credit.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, replace or refund custom orders or items that have been personalized.

BY MAIL RETURNS

Please wrap the item(s) in the original packaging or packaging appropriate to ensure there are no damages in the shipping process and enclose the original receipt. Mail to our customer service center at:

BY MAIL EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange the item for another, please call us at 866.979.3456 to place your new order. You will receive a refund for the returned item as soon as it is processed.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may cancel your TBDs order if the status is “in process”. If your order status is "shipped" it cannot be canceled. If you cannot find your order status, please call our customer service line at 866.979.3456.
